Even though it is something that all women know is going to take place in their life, it can be a shock when menopause finally becomes a part of their life. It can be a confusing time as some women do not know when they have actually entered into this phase of their life.

While we know the cliche that only two things are certain “death and taxes.” There is another event that is inevitable for women. Menopause is a change of life that happens to the bodies of females when they hit their 40s. As hormone levels in the system change, exciting and emporwering events begin to take place.

In certain social circles, the whole PMS syndrome is a handy tool for off color jokes however for the millions of women who suffer from it, the insomnia and night sweats that are a part of it aren’t funny. This situation is very real and isn’t just a woman’s head. It isn’t an attention getter and it truly isn’t a joke. It is great whenever you don’t suffer from this syndrome but knowing what to do about can make all the difference in the world.
